Senior Sales Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency
COLAB is hiring a Remote Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee digital marketing accounts, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills and will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive account success.Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead client onboarding and kickoff meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Design) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within a Digital Marketing Agency or Marketing Agency (Mandatory).
- Proven experience managing digital marketing accounts and client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
